My tryglycerides are toooo high

Hello. This blog is an attempt to try and reduce my tryglycerides levels. The doctor told be they are 204, and a healthy level is under 150.

I am not overweight (I am 5'8" and 165 pounds, 36 years old) but apparently I have a little problem with this. My overall cholesterol is 214, but that's not bad.

I know next to nothing about cholesterol or tryglycerides right now, so this blog is an attempt to collect information and become enough of an expert to lower it. Enjoy!
